I'm Engaged!!!!

Sooooo excited!! My boyfriend of two years proposed today!!  Our second anniversary of our first date was yesterday, but I had to work, so we went out today.  We took a walk in the park like on our first date.  It was raining, but we both love the rain, so we took an umbrella.  We walked up to the upper duck pond and he started talking about our first date.  Then, all of a sudden he took out the ring box and got down on one knee!  I bawled.  The ring is absolutely gorgeous!!  Beyond anything I could ever have imagined!

My Simself

I uploaded my simself to Cstyles the other day.  I'm pretty proud of her.  She's kind of a 'perfect' version of me...perfect skin...no rolls. lol  She's curvy, but sims don't actually have 'rolls' so to speak...even if they're enormous...  I had to use pretty much every slider out there on the market to get her to look right...I have a weird face. lol  And you really have to, to get a realistic-ish looking sim.  She's not 100% accurate, though...I have a tattoo on my let arm of my mother's signature, a small tattoo on my left breast that I did when I was 16...no, it didn't hurt, but I do regret it...and the bottom half of my hair is copper.  You can't really do that with hair in TS3, unfortunately, so I just went with my natural dirty dishwater brown hair. lol

Baked Mac and Cheese

I've been trying to find the perfect baked mac and cheese recipe and after severely altering Alton Brown's recipe, I think I found it. My boyfriend loves it, and I made it for my sister's wedding reception and got many compliments. I think it's all in the simplicity of it... Test it out and tell me what you think!  Also, if you need it converted to metric, let me know...

Tattoos I made years ago...

When Ambitions first came out and we were given the ability to have tatted sims...I jumped at the chance to create my own.... Unfortunately, I can't make them anymore because I no longer have photoshop. I've tried gimp, but they always come out fuzzy. :(  Anywho, there's a lot of them...34...

Asylum Update #9

Day 16
For some reason, Johnny got stuck standing in front of the shower for several hours, and wouldn't move.  I tried to have Khalida tell him to go clean, but he wouldn't respond.  I then cancelled all his interactions, but still he wouldn't move...  I noticed that a thought bubble complaining about the broken sink kept popping up, so I fixed the sink...still didn't work.  I then moved him to see if he would snap out of whatever was wrong with him, but ended up having to reset him. :(
