I'm just so confused!!

I've eaten so much crap over the last couple weeks and haven't exercised once....and I still lost two pounds!!  I don't get it!  It goes against everything I've ever known and experienced.... O__O  I mean, I'm not gonna argue with my scale, or anything, but I'm just kind of at a loss for words right now.....


Weight - 163.6lbs. (down 2lbs.)

BMI - 28.08

Bust - 41.25in. (down 0.25in.)

Waist - 31.25in. (down 0.25in.)

Hips - 42in. (no change)

Arm - 13.75in. (no change)

Thigh - 25.25in. (down 0.25in.)

*trudges off confused*

Two months in....

So, two months down, six more to go.  I've lost seven pounds total so far....didn't lose any this week, but I didn't gain either, so I'm ok with it.  So, if we take these last two months as an example, I have lost an average of 3.5lbs. a month.  So, by October I should have lost about 21 more pounds, which would put me around 145lbs. or so.  This isn't bad, it's where I was before I quit the hotel.  However, I would like to weigh under 140lbs. if at all possible....guess that means I'm going to have to step up my game.  I actually think I would have lost quite a bit if I had exercised the last two weeks....I was lazy. *hides face*

Anywho, I'm almost finished with this damn took a lot more effort than I thought it would.  I'm hoping to have it finished by tomorrow night. *crosses fingers*  Thankfully the other two won't be nearly as annoying to make.  All they'll have is ruffles and no tucks.  I wish I had a hemming foot...this would make things go so much faster....

Lost another pound!

Anywho! So yeah, I lost another pound!  I'm really excited because I ate a lot of crap last week.  It's a little confusing, but I'm not gonna argue. lol  I think it may have to do with the fact that although I may be going over the calorie goal I've set for myself, I'm eating much less than I used to.  I calculated it one day, and I used to eat 2500+ calories a day! O__O  That's a crap ton of wonder I gained 30lbs. in three months. lol  Although, being sedentary didn't help that either.  Oh well...  I'm wearing my corset again...hadn't for a week or so...but I can cinch easily to 29 3/8in, which makes me really happy.  I was only able to get down to about 30in before. :)

I've started to cut out my first petticoat...there's a lot of pieces!  All I have left to cut out is the bottom ruffle and then I can start sewing.  I've decided to make the TV170 pattern (view 1) for my first petticoat, which will go right on top of the bustle.  Then make the TV201 pattern for the final two.  It's actually an underskirt pattern, but can be used for petticoats.  On the second petticoat, I will be putting three or four ruffles on it all the way up to give my skirt a little more pouf.  Kinda like this...

And then the final petticoat will have just the one ruffle on the bottom.  I may leave this one out, though, if I feel like I need to move on to more important stuff, like the dress...still deciding...I have 6 months still...

Must be the devil in me showing through....

Lol. I weighed myself this morning and did a double take.  166.6  It made me giggle.  It's funny how weird people are about that number.  Like, I've had it come up as someone's total at work a few times, and every time they grabbed something else so that it wouldn't be. lol  People are funny.  Anywho....I have no idea how I lost a whole pound this week....I ate soooooo much crap!  And only worked out once...  I'll take it, though. lol  I'm going to try to do better this week, because I'd like to keep this up and not shoot myself in the foot...

On a wedding note, I started cutting out the first of three petticoats I'm going to be making...hopefully. lol
